Your Scholarship Information

Applying for a Scholarship?

There are a limited number of scholarships available to New York State applicants who come as part of a 3-person team. The team consists of:

  • K-14 teacher
  • 7th-12th grade student
  • and local public official (such as a member of a town board, planning committee, etc or a community volunteer).

The scholarships cover the registration fee, all meals, lodging and 1 year ESRI site license for ArcMap.

The online application must be filled out by all three team members and submitted by prior to the general registration deadline in order to be considered for a scholarship.

Technology Competencies

School-based Technological Support

 Is your department chair or principal supportive of your exploring ways to bring GIS and GPS into the classroom?
