Environmental Management Tools Focus Area

Global warming and local climate change impacts. Worldwide health care challenges. Increased demand on the Earth’s fresh water supply. These are some of the critical issues that environmental managers and decision-makers, across all levels of society, are confronted with in today’s world.

A major factor in successfully addressing these, and other complex issues related to the environment, is the distribution, management, visualization and analysis of relevant data and information. If this information system is lacking in any one of these areas, the process for understanding and communicating this information can become an even more daunting task.

By working directly with local, state, regional and federal level representatives and agencies, IAGT has considerable experience developing custom, environmental management tools and applications that enhance the information systems used by these interested parties, to benefit the decision-making process.
