EarthScope SAFOD 3D Visualization

The file below is a Skyline Fly file that shows the 3D scene of the SAFOD drill site. The Fly file is Skyline’s file format for displaying a streamed, 3D scene. Skyline’s TerraExplorer is required to view these files. Click on the following link to launch the SAFOD Fly file.

How to:

Install TerraExplorer

• If you do not have TerraExplorer installed, TerraExplorer should install the latest version of TerraExplorer automatically when the Launch Fly file for SAFOD site link is clicked.
• To install the latest version of TerraExplorer manually, please download it from the following location: Download TerraExplorer Manually
• The installation wizard will guide you through the process.

Launch a Fly file:

• Once TerraExplorer is installed, click on the Launch Fly file for SAFOD site link to open the Fly file.
