At IAGT, it’s the people that make the difference. Our dedicated staff is expert in the design, development, application and training of an extensive range of geospatial technologies. We have experienced technicians that collect GPS data in the field to create custom map products. Our software developers are expert in the latest software development languages and platforms, and are particularly adept at application of the latest web-based solutions. We provide production services to process cutting edge LiDAR data into useful terrain elevation data products. The geospatial information technology specialists at IAGT are experienced in digital image processing, feature extraction and creation of a range of derived products to get the most useful information out of airborne and satellite based image acquisition systems. Our education specialists develop geospatially enabled training modules and conduct educational workshops to excite and educate the next generation of geospatial professionals. And finally, the entire organization is dedicated to a mission that focuses on bringing the benefits of these advanced technologies to society through the development of geospatially enabled decision support tools, across a broad range of interdisciplinary fields, both internationally and at home.
